SUP Yoga Saturday mornings

SUP Yoga is asana practiced on paddleboards boards in a serene setting on the water.
Beginners and regular yogis are encouraged to join SUP Yoga in a playful practice to work on balance, grounding asanas such as Child’s Pose and Downdog to more challenging standing poses such as Tree Pose, Warrior, and Wheel.

Learn how to evenly distribute weight on your board by using a wider stance and rocking with the waves…and letting go!

Sunrise Paddle Fit

Take your fitness to another level with SUP Fitness led by certified instructors. We’ll combine paddling, plyometrics, strength training and more, all while balancing on a paddleboard. This full body, low-impact workout challenges every muscle while creating a strong core.
