With Mixed Level SUP, a certified PaddleFit Core Instructor covers proper standing technique, paddling technique, turning the board, maneuvering over small waves, and self rescue techniques and as you progress, you will learn intermediate paddling techniques! Appropriate for all experience and fitness levels.
