The Intro To SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) class offers beginners and intermediates an opportunity to get out on the water with certified Paddle Fit and WPA (World Paddle Association) coaches to help learn the basics of stand-up paddling, hone skills, and have fun all while enjoying the Chesapeake Bay!

SUP YOGA is just that…a yoga class on a stand-up paddle board on the water. Super cool and super fun. Additional days and times TBA.
